I have Studio 2014 and have used Multiterm on my old computer, but after changing to a new one and running Studio without problems, I have downloaded and installed Multiterm, but it won't open?

Hi Pia Sander
Unknown said:I just took a look at the settings and saw this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Canon\Easy-WebPrint EX\MultiTerm.exe" - What has Canon got to do with Multiterm? Is this where the error occurs?
You didn't quote any error messages before but perhaps this is the cause of the problem. Try the resolution in this KB article:
Unknown said:C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm11 - this is a far as I can tell where the installation is located. It says MultiTerm 11, not 14 - is that correct? What should be the complete path to insert as a shortcut?
This is all a little confusing, and made more confusing if you refer to your version as MultiTerm 14 as opposed to MultiTerm 2014. The versions are actually this:
MultiTerm 2014 -> MultiTerm 11
MultiTerm 2015 -> MultiTerm 12
MultiTerm 2017 -> MultiTerm 14
So for your installation of MultiTerm 2014 the installation path is correct.
