Hi! After installing the latest version (SR1-14.1.2441.0) I cannot add any term directly in Multiterm 2017; however, it's possible in Studio. Clicking Add results in a blank window without any fields like on screenshot below:

There is a bug that creates this kind of effect that has been resolved in CU7 due very soon. In the meantime you might find that using a different layout could help if you see this again.

Depending on the content of your termbase this could be normal. I think you'd have to do some investigation to see if you can determine what's missing... if anything. Perhaps the process you went through merged duplicates?
