Multiterm 2017 - Terminology-problems

I have had some problems with using Multiterm 2017. When I translate a document using Multiterm, I often get the message (in french) Aucune résultat disponible (no available result, I guess). I have installed a translation memory and a terminology memory, which is also accepted by the program, and I can add terms. But I can't see the memory or neither the terms that are saved. IT-techniciens have helped me several times, removing and installing the program. They suggest that it is a bug. Do you have a solution?

    If you can add terms successfully, but then can't see them I think you need to help us with some more information as this doesn't make sense:

    1. Where are you looking? You said you can't see the memory or the terms saved
    2. I wonder if you are somehow mixing up general options with project settings... although from your explanation I am really guessing?
    3. Can you explain, step by step what you are doing to come to this conclusion?

    Or maybe you have time to do a quick Skype session... might be faster. email pfilkin@sdl.com if this is acceptable.
