  • Hi Stefan,

I think there are possibly a few issues here-

Based on your account information, I suspect you are working in a heavily restricted corporate domain which may create some installation/update issues.

Also as I have no idea what version of Studio you are using or Operating system, the following is rather generic.

The stack trace would indicate that the MultiTerm Widget is causing the problem- so I would suggest removing (and re-installing as ADMINISTRATOR)

    Or resetting - c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm14

I looked at the other issue with the run time error 1026- and found the following

    www.registryquick.net/.../Fix-Runtime-error-1026-How-to-Fix-Runtime-error-1026-39453.html

which would possibly indicate missing DLL's (or an out of date .net framework maybe?) as newer Studio versions need .Net 4 or higher.

    Kr

  • Hi Steven,

thanks for your first assessment and solutions proposals.

    Here are more backgroundinformations:

    Windows 7 Enterprise 32bit 6.1.7601.23864
    SDL Multiterm 2015 SR2
    .NET 2.0.50727.5420
    .NET 3.0.30729.5420
    .NET 3.5.30729.5420
    .NET 4.6.01055
    .NET 4.7.02053

First I uninstall Multiterm complete and deleting the the folders under the userprofile. After reinstall, the wizard working perfect for a couple of Days. Then the named error appears again. I have try it with an fresh installed system, too. This all was done with administrator-rights.

Its happend only with the Wizard. All other parts of Multiterm are working.

I suspect an missing or wrong value in an variable or config. Unfortunately I haven,t found an suspicious value in an configfile.

    Greetings
