Failed to activate view 'Termini'.

Question

Hi there, I can't open my excel-file which I converted with the glossary converter. Does anybody know, what this error message means? 
 And when I want to open my termbank in Multi Term it says suddenly that there is no contact to the server any more, I should check it. What do I have to do? Why is the server contact interrupted? Thanks Ela

Hi Ela K. , are you sure you are opening the termbase you think you are? Maybe the last one you looked at in MultiTerm was stored (one on onedrive perhaps?) and as it's no longer there it can't be found? Try opening it as if it's a new one from within Multiterm and select the one on your local drive. 
 
On the Excel error message... can you share a screenshot of the full message?

You may have to do a MultiTerm reset and it might help. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart MultiTerm: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm14

Trados Studio > 3. MultiTerm
