Question

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, what should I do?

If you need it try restarting it, reinstalling it, or even just restarting your computer. If you don't then uninstall it... it's not such a useful tool for translators (although I do know some who use it as a search tool) and is more useful for people who just want to share in their companies terminology. This kind of error sounds like the sort of thing that happens from time to time with all kinds of software.
