Multiterm Filters grey out

Hello, 
 I have SDL Multiterm 2017 and a termbase I created from an Excel file through Glossary Converter. I opened the file in Multiterm and I wanted to filter only the terms with a specific Comment field, but the Create Filters command in the Termbase Management view is greyed out. Input Models commands too are greyed out: the only option available in both cases is "Load" (see screenshot attached). I guess I'm missing something very simple here. Any suggestions?

From your screenshot it looks as though you have set your termbase to be read only and this is why the options are greyed out. You are not even showing the Import and Export options in the list and this is a dead giveaway the termbase is probably read only.
