Hi,
Has anyone seen the error below?
"There was a problem opening the termbase at <termbase name>. Check that this is a valid termbase and that you have permission to access it."
This happens on MultiTerm 2014 (Java is updated), the server-based termbase was created in MultiTerm 2017. It is a valid termbase (accessed without error from other versions) and permission is correctly defined for this user.
Could this be some incompatibility between these versions? Can anyone throw any light to help me investigate it further (or even solve it!)?
