Multiterm Widget doesn't find entries

Question

Although the Widget is connected to a database, It can't find entries related to e.g. "motor". 
 If I search "Mo" it finds entries. 
 It worked once, but since a few weeks it doesn't. 
 Has anyone an idea how this could happen?

What version of the widget are you using? Where are you looking up the data from and if it's MultiTerm somewhere what version of MultiTerm are you looking up?

Trados Studio > 3. MultiTerm
