I am unable to translate the superscript trademark symbol in the target, the superscript format disappears.

Hi, I am trying to change &trade; to MC (superscript), but I cannot insert superscript format in the target. I have it enabled in Quickinsert options, I tried with the shortcut shown in Options > Shortcuts, but I can't.

 Your format is XML, i.e. you CANNOT insert formatting like superscript in such formats. You are probably confused by the &trade;... the point is that it's NOT superscripted, it's such actual character ;-)
