Terms not appearing in "term recognition window" despite red lines in source material

Hello,

I'm troubleshooting a problem found on a coworker's computer. She works at another branch so I've been troubleshooting remotely but had no success. 
TBs and term recognition worked normally in other projects. For a new project, however, she used the same TBs plus a new one created for the project. The TB was created from another functioning TB as a template. Could it be possible that that new TB caused some sort of problem?

The red lines show up indicating a term is found, but nothing shows up in the term recognition window. 

She uses 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10009.15268
So far we have tried this:

1. Restarting Trados

2. Restarting the computer

3. Removing then re-adding the TBs.

No change.

On my computer with the same files, the TBs work and display terms normally as they should.  In Multiterm as well there were no problems. Very strange that the red line appears but the terms do not. Any ideas? Settings? Or does a folder need a reset?
