connection impossible to termbase from studio

Question

I'm having some problems with Multiterm. Working with trados on a project sent with TM and Termbase included, I don't have access to the Termbase. I have a message saying "Failed to create setting page" or "Connexion impossible aux bases terminologiques XX, XX. La fonction de reconnaissance terminologique ne peut pas &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute;e avec ces bases." I need help, please ! Thanks in advance, Perrine

And in other projects, can you access the termbases? Because if you can, then I would assume it may be that your client didn't set up the termbase settings properly.
