  • Hi

It will automatically download if you click the 'FTP site' link on the page referenced by the link that Luis posted.

Screenshot of a webpage with instructions for downloading Trados Studio via FTP site link, highlighted in yellow.

If you have previously had automatic updates set in Studio and MultiTerm, where previously it would download and install when you open Studio or MultiTerm, now there is a 3rd option which at some point became the default option:

Trados Studio Options window showing Automatic Updates settings with 'Download (but do not install)' option selected.

The option I've highlighted there, annoyingly, only downloads the update but does not install it. You have to go to Notifications (which, unless you have it pinned, appears for not very long when you click on 'Check for updates', so take your cursor to it quickly). Then you can click 'Install'. This could explain why it's not downloading for you, maybe, it may already be on your system ready to install...

    Hope this helps,

Ali (rushing so I hope I've made good sense)
