Ghost Term in Multiterm 2017 blocking everything

Hi,
I'm encountering an issue in the Term Recognition Window in Studio 2017: one term seems to be blocking everything everytime it occurs. I'd like to delete it, but there is my problem: I cannot select it for modification/suppression neither from the Term Recognition/Term Details Window in Studio, nor in Multiterm itself. It is some kind of "ghost" term, appearing without really being there. Is there any other solution to edit my data base or am I to export it to Excel with Glossary Converter and retreat the file?

Hi Caroline, 
 It is quite quick to export to XML (select this option via Save as in the first window of the Export Wizard). Do you know how to do this? 
 You can indeed create the new termbase from this by simply dragging the XML file from where you saved it in Windows Explorer to Glossary Converter. Any faulty entries should be eliminated by this process. 
 You can also create a new termbase and import the XML file to that if you prefer. I n my experience it's more likely to fail than with Glossary Converter but that may not be generally the case. 
 Do you need more details of how to do this?
