MultiTerm script error when trying to add or edit a term manually

Question

I have the same problem that has been discussed here in several threads, but I don't seem to have CU 5, so I can't revert to it.
I completely uninstalled MT, and reinstalled the July 2017 version. MultiTerm did not work at all without the updates. so I had to install them and the term editing/adding error came back.
Where can I find MultiTerm CU 5?.

I have twice tried to send you the zip file but your email provider keeps rejecting any emails with attachments/links.

Hello Sandra Grossman 
 If you go to - 
 
 Then you should see the CU6 update. 
 Simply right click and then delete. 
 MultiTerm will then automatically revert back to CU5. 
 
 If you can confirm your email address to me (swhale@sdl.com) I can send you CU5.
