My two cents. For a quick and dirty solution, open the TBX file with a good text editor (for instance, Notepad++) and replace the attribute "xml:lang" within the langSet tag with the corresponding values. For instance, replace xml:lang="no-NO" with xml:lang="nb-NO", etc. The number of replacements will be equal to the total number of entries. MultiTerm tools, like Glossary Converter, will label the language according to that attribute, e.g. nb-NO = Norwegian Bokmål (endonym: "Norsk Bokmål"). Regards,

I have found this old discussion when I stumbled - once again, now in the year 2023 - over the outdated/deprecated MultiTerm codes NO-NO and SH-HR.

This does not only cause problems/requires workarounds when exchanging terminology with 3rd party applications, but also with Trados Live Terminology, see https://gateway.sdl.com/CommunityKnowledge?articleName=000015493

SDL Support has admitted that this is still considered as defect. Are there real intentions that "a fix will be implemented in a future release for these products"
