Hello Anita Nagy ,
I believe this was a bug in earlier versions that only affected Studio 2011 versions and was fixed in Studio 2014.
Unfortunately as Studio/Multitem 2011 is no longer supported and was retired a number of years ago, I am not sure what to suggest other than trying a Studio reset.
Do you maybe have access to a newer Studio version?
