multiterm 2019 aparently opens when clicking on the icon, showing the first opening screens, but then does not appear on the screen at all. The icon does appear active on the work bar down the screen and offers the option "X Close window".

(EDITED) Removed the dot that was breaking the link.

Although I have used Studio in this example- this works for all programs this happens to.
