This looks very much like your AntiVirus system is preventing you from accessing the correct directory. 
Please temporarily disable your AV software- 
Then rerun the installation ( you must be logged in as admin)- then when successfully installed, you can add MultiTerm and Studio to your AV whitelist and switch your AV back on.
