I'm trying to convert a TBX file from https://iate.europa.eu/download-iate into the MultiTerm format. From the complete IATE file I've extracted the EN-DE pair:
Then I started MultiTerm 2019 Convert and selected input/output as follows:
Clicking on "Next >" renders the paths blue and freezes the pop-up window (no response):

Next ... If I just ignore that, click OK and try once more, it seems to work. But at step "6":

It happens obviously all the time, but I could complete the download now – with the Edge browser. My regular browser is Firefox 60.3.0esr (Extended Support Release). So the issue is browser-specific.
I've converted the IATE file now with the Glossary Converter. Took quite a while, but worked in the end.
