MultiTerm 2017 is frozen at the end of the list of terms.

Hello I have a problem with viewing and adding terms in Multiterm 2017. When I open a terminology base I can navigate through the terms from the browser tab without problems, but when I am near the end of the list, MultiTerm freezes and begins to drain computer resources and after several minutes it closes without an error message. We have MultiTerm installed in several computers and it fails in the same way in all of them when near the end of the list. At first it may seem like a problem with the terminology base and I have reorganized terms with the same result, it fails. I have tried other terminology bases and the same thing happens at the end of the list. Has anyone else had this problem? In Multiterm 2019 and with the same terminology base there are no problems...
