MultiTerm 2017 File-based Termbase -- .sdltb file not updating after new entries in termbase

Hi,

I work with a file-based termbase that's hosted on Dropbox because I need to access it from two different computers. A few weeks ago now the .sdltb file just stopped updating with the new entries made on computer A when accessed from computer B. When looking at the Dropbox location of my termbase on computer B, I see that the ".mdf" and ".mtf" files update correctly but not the .sdltb file used to open the termbase in MultiTerm (see picture). Looking at the same Dropbox location on computer A, everything's fine. Hence right now I can only edit and consult the most up to date version of my termbase on computer A. Any new entry I add using computer B apparently isn't saved.

I don't know whether the problem stems from MultiTerm, Dropbox, or my computers. Any ideas anyone?
