MultiTerm script error when adding a term

Question

I was trying to add a term into a newly created TB when this pop-up window appeared. Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue?

I think this may be caused by an incorrect versioning between MultiTerm and Studio termbase viewer. 
 
We have an article here that explains the problem in more detail and of course suggested solutions that should help you rectify the issue.
