Are you able to see MultiTerm 2019/2017 under Control Panel/Programs and Features-

If so please right click and run Repair-

Is MultiTerm now restored?

Hi Steven, thank you for your reply. I cannot see SDL multiterm 2017 anymore actually. What I see is on the screenshot.

It appears that something prevented the correct installation of MultiTerm (indicated by an incorrect icon)

Please try the following solution

If removing the widget and then restarting Studio does not resolve the issue, please redownload and install MulttiTerm from your account.

You must have full admin rights to do this.
