Termbase Viewer in Studio 2017 shows terms but "No results available" in Term Recognition window

I can't get Studio 2017 to show redlined terms that exist in the termbases, even though I can see the terms in the Termbase Viewer. The Term Recognition window shows "No results available" I use MultiTerm 2017 and Studio 2017, and have the most up-to-date versions. I use Windows 10.

Enclosed are 3 screenshots:

tb01: Focus Blend returns the term in the Term Recognition.

tb02: In the same document but in another segment, the same term Focus Blend is not recognized in the Term Recognition, nor they have the red line on their tops.

tb03: The three terms with green broken lines are in the termbase and are shown in the termbase viewer, but are not recognized in the Term Recognition, nor they have the red line on their tops.

These issues are presented for many other terms in the same document. Please note, I have reorganized the Multiterm in many times, but the issue are not solved.Screenshot of Trados Studio showing the Term Recognition window with the term 'Focus Blend' correctly recognized and displayed.
