I'm in trouble to handle translation tasks because of this error.
I updated the software version and take every action that I could.
I even tried to format my PC all and reset SDL trados.
Please help me to solve this problem.

After checking your account, it appears that you are using the Starter version - which means you can only handle Termbase- if they are included in a project package (PPX) sent to you by your client.
The Studio Starter edition does not allow you otherwise to use Termbase.
If you are not using Starter- but a different license (thank you for providing the screen shot- always very useful) then please rename the Termbase and remove the ampersand (&) -
then try to add the termbase back into the project.
