Issues with Mt Enhanced in Trados 2019

I don't know if this is the right place, but  since switching to Trados 2019 (from 2017), I have had issues with the MT Enhanced plug-in. Essentially, it just does not work. It keeps generating the message "Translation failed: One or more errors occurred." and will not provide any MT. Has anyone else had or heard of this problem, or does anyone know a solution or workaround? I have the latest version. Frankly, I am considering reverting to Trados 2017, where it worked!

    Thank you for looking into this, though.

    My Trados version was 2019 FL SR1 – 15.1.2.48878, now 15.1.3.55768. The MT Enhanced plugin version is 4.3.3. The OS was W 10 Home version 1803, now 17763. The language pairs are JP-EN and EN-DE. This happens on 2 PCs, so not machine-specific. It happens with the Google and Microsoft translators. It happens with packages form clients as well as locally created projects .

    As shown below, the error "(x) Translation Failed: One or more errors occurred." appears (with no stack) in the Translation Results window instead of any translation results.

    Sometimes, there is no error, but Trados may just get hung up on “Searching…”

    I have the setting “Look up segments in MT even if a TM match has been found” selected.

    In other words, I can no longer use MT Enhanced since I "upgraded" to Trados 2019. Very disappointing.
