I am not aware of any updates from Windows today yet and have not seen any other similar cases so far.

But if MultiTerm is not opening at all, then i would probably suggest you log a support ticket via your SDL Account/Support/Licensing and Installation and we can have a closer look.

Update:

After a remote session with an SDL engineer, the problem was solved. Turns out that MultTerm starts minimized and cannot be maximized in the usual way. This is a bug SDL is aware of, but we have to wait for an unspecified amount of time for it to be fixed. Hopefully, in the near future.

In the meantime, I lost all day yesterday, not being able to add new terms to MultiTerm as a stand-alone tool...
