You should have these versions installed now:

SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.0.1041

SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.4.56053

If you have and you still get that message I'd try uninstalling all the Studio and MultiTerm installs you have to have a clean start, and then install just the 2019 releases again.  If that doesn't work then log a case and the support team will resolve this for you.

Thanks so much. Indeed, I did/tried doing what you suggested. Finally, I had to log a case and got very prompt and excellent help. My Studio 2019 SR-2 and MultiTerm are back in order. However, I am not daring to install the MultiTerm update....as that was what caused, er, my downfall! Many thanks for your excellent support.
