Cannot establish a connection to SDL Multiterm Server in SDL Trados 2019 SR2

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'Impossible to establish a connection to SDL MultiTerm Server unknown. Check the connection settings' with a loading bar indicating 'Loading termbase list in progress'.

Is there any fix for this?

I get this when I try to create a new termbase. Should I open a ticket or reset the license?

It sounds like for some reason the server settings have become corrupt.
