Hello,

I am encountering exactly the same problem. I've tried different names, different locations, all to no avail.

I'm using Windows10 (1809 version), Multiterm 2019 (15.0.5.56289), Trados 2019 15.2.0.1041.

Any ideas?

Most likely because you are not running the correct version of Studio for the version of MultiTerm you have.  These are the latest versions:

SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.5.2145

SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.5.56289

ok, first of all it would be worth checking the name and the path to your termbase.  Can you share this?

If there is nothing odd about that, and if you've tried saving to a local destination on your machine, maybe a folder in the C: drive and using a really innocuous name with simple letters, the try a reset.

This often solves unusual problems we can't put a specific finger on. Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart MultiTerm:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\MultiTerm15

Path and name - I'm trying now to do the most fool-proof solutions, keeping the name as simple as possible (no special characters, one word, etc.) and trying very "safe" locations (\desktop, c:\, existing folders, etc.). 

I tried renaming the folder too, still nothing changes.

I feel frustrated.
