"Unknown block type 7" error message when opening a package

Question

I have just received a package from a new customer. When I try to import it, I get this message: Unknown block type 7. 
 The package does not open. 
 I haven't found a specific reference to this error anywhere in the forums etc. yet. 
 Anybody have any ideas?

Hello Alan Halls 
 This actually sounds as though the package is corrupted. 
 I think the best solution is to ask your client to resend the package. 
 Then wait until its fully downloaded before importing into Studio.

 Could you tell us what file extension the package has please.

Trados Studio > 3. MultiTerm
