I can't see overarching terms in Term Recognition but they are there when I run a search within the Termbase Viewer. Is there a setting I can change?

I have a termbase with many overlapping terms. 
 For example 'Route Charges' but also 'Route Charges Office' both appear in the termbase. Only the former shows up in the Term Recognition window though, despite both appearing when I use the search function instead (the segment in question only says 'Route charges office' and nothing else). Is there perhaps a setting that would allow me to see the longest term instead of the shortest one (or ideally both of them)? 
 I have 'Enable overlapping terms' ticked in Search Settings.

 Maybe it's related to an old version of Studio/MultiTerm? I can't test this as I don't have anything that old running, and 2015 isn't supported anyway. Do you have the possibility to upgrade?
