Ana from SDL Trados advised me to post this here and ask about a solution.
When the source language is Arabic, the first word of each entry does not appear in Multiterm Browse UI
This is a known issue... I ca't find the bug at the moment but I'm pretty sure it's already been resolved for a future release.

Is not there any hotfix for this? If not, will the future release fix the issue in the current release? If not, what is the solution for me?
As I said, I'm pretty sure it's already been resolved for a future release. There is no solution in MultiTerm for the issue until it's released (hotfix or major release). But depending on what you want to do in MultiTerm and how complicated your termbase structure is perhaps you can export to Excel, do your maintenance in there, and then put it back?
If there was a faster fix, and I knew about it, you can be sure I'd tell you.

When the future release has been shipped, will there any update to fix the issue in the current release? Or how does it work?
It depends on what t takes to fix it and what sort of release it's in. If it's resolved in a cumulative update (closest to what you call a hotfix) then it will be in the current release. If it needs a major release vehicle then it might only be in a future release.
