The default MultiTerm layout still causes major headaches in the latest version: 15.0.5.56289
If I filter my terms using a wildcard, an old friend appears called scripting error that I cannot terminate regardless what I click.
Similarly, if I create a filter in Termbank Maintenance and then apply a hard filter, MultiTerm just freezes up.
If I use another (legacy) layout, everything appears to be fine. What is the current status of the default layout?

Not sure how to answer that question. There are some open bugs for MultiTerm, not sure if this is one of them or not. I suggest you send questions like this to the support team as they will not only be able to find any existing bug number for you if there is one, but they'll also be able to work with you to troubleshoot the issue.
