Hello everyone, we have a problem with one of our Multiterm databases. The problem is that some terms suddenly have no entry ID. So they are no longer linked to each other. In addition, however, no more can be deleted. Unfortunately there is no systematic way to see why some entries are affected and why others are not. The problem affects about 5 percent of the entries. Does anyone know the problem? But more important: How can the problem be solved?
The problem is that some terms suddenly have no entry ID.
Can you provide an example of this please. It seems unlikely there is no entry ID if the terms are in MultiTerm. Screenshots might helpful.

Hi Paul, thanks for the answer. Here is a screenshot. As I have written, the problem only affects some entries. But there is no apparent system. It is also interesting that the translations of the entries are also present, but they are not linked by the entry ID. Look forward to the answer!

Have you tried reorganizing your termbase?

Yes, I did is twice. that was my first thought too.
Can you tell us anything about how the termbase was created? Are you regularly importing new terms into it?
Can you export it to Excel to see if this tells you anything about the entries?
