When trying to open a termbase I get following messages: This termbase cannot be opened because it has been created with an unsupported version ot Multiterm. It is SDL Studio 2019 on Windows 10 Pro. I uninstalled the OneDrive App on my device. The problem persists. Please help me! I’m devastated...
First of all please make sure you are using compatible versions:
SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.6.2831
SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.6.56482

See if any of these help.
In addition you could try copying the *.sdltb file on its own to another folder and then attempt to open ths copy.
