Please make sure you have installed both of these versions:

SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10018.54792
SDL MultiTerm 2017 SR1 - 14.2.8.5546

I'm not sure about these versions- 14.1.10018.54792 / 14.2.8.5546. Where can I see them?

I have installed SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 and SDL MultiTerm 2017 SR1. In fact I had some problems with installation and I had to install it manually (through Package Cache/sdl/.../modules).

It communicated some problem with Chainer. I hope I've done everything wright, I opened applications normally...

Could there be any other problem?

I installed manually first these one

and after that these one

I did nothing else. I tried to create then a termbase and received that message from my first post.

I checked - I have the following versions

SDL MultiTerm 2017 SR1 - 14.2.7.43908

I have Windows 10 pro

I received update notification for SDL Trados Studio, but I have the same problem as before when I try to install it

I suggest you log a support case.  This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing

You have two options:

1. Submit a case using a webform
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset

You want to use the first option and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.
