Could you please let us know the exact versions of MultiTerm and Studio you are using please.
Often with MultiTerm- issues are caused simply due to both Studio and MultiTerm not being on the latest stand-
Also, if the problem is happening maybe with just the one TB- reorganizing this can also help-
