Why doesn´t my multiterm show entries in studio 2019

Morning everybody,

I have been having a problem that Multiterm does not always show entries although they are actualy there.

I have gone through the forums and tried a few suggestions, such as reorganising, marking certain checkboxes, but nothing seems to help.

I have also updated to the latest versions of studio 2019, and multiterm.

I also had this problem in studio 2014 before I upgraded at the beginning of this year and hoped that this would be solved.

Be pleased if anybody has any suggestions or ideas.

    I see you have tried reorganising your termbase, which would have been my first suggestion.

    Run a Windows repair on Studio AND on the main components of MultiTerm, as follows:

    1. Close all SDL applications.
    2. Open the Control Panel:
      • Windows Vista/7Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
      • Windows 8: Right-click on the screen at bottom-left corner and choose Control Panel > Uninstall a Program.
      • Windows 10: Right-click on Start > Control Panel > Select View by: Small Icons > Programs and Features
      • - or type 'Control Panel' in the search line on your bottom Windows toolbar.
    3. Click/highlight the relevant SDL product from the list (e.g. SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2) and click 'Repair' or 'Uninstall/Change' (then Yes then Repair) either on the top toolbar or on the right-click dropdown menu.
    4. Restart Studio/MultiTerm.

    Did you already try the above? 

    BTW this request should be in the MultiTerm forum... I expect  will move it there so that the experts that follow the MultiTerm forum will see your request for help...
