I downloaded the plug-in. I go into Add-Ins and can see the plug-in there, but can't connect to it. Each time I try it just tells me it has downloaded the Plug-in (AGAIN!!!) Any ideas? Any help much appreciated.

You have posted into the MultiTerm forum and mentioned some plugin without telling us which one.
Can you please be clear about what you are trying to do and with which product?

Sorry, it's MultiTerm for Studio 2019, and it's the IATETerminologyProvider plug-in
Hello Alastair Naughton,
Have you updated Studio 2019 to the latest version?
What happens when you try to select IATE from the project settings?
Are you able to see the plugin at this location
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins\Packages?

it’s a terminology provider so you use this by adding as a termbase to your project.
