Using Home tab --> Terminology Management which opens a Multiterm window, then clicking Termbase Management then Load
Browsing to my existing termbases, I get the following error message for every termbase:
Invalid characted in the given encoding, Line 1, position 25. My termbases are Japanese and English.
If I go back to the Multiterm window and click Terns and the Open Termbase, my termbasees open just fine.
It seems there is something wrong with the Load function, or is there something I am missing.
How do I get around this error.
