How to delete a term base from MultiTerm 2011 Administrator

Question

Hello all, 
 I'm currently working in MultiTerm 2011 Administrator to set up term bases for our clients. I have administrator rights with my profile but I can't permanently delete the test term bases I've created while I was training. The "remove..." button is in fact greyed out. 
 Does anyone know if it depends on the rights as administrator or am I missing something?

Hi Sandra, 
 First you need to "Stop" the termbase, making sure no users are connected, then you can delete :)

Hi Daniel, 
you never need to delete users, you only need to remove them (as they are "logged in" to the TB) - ie. right-click Termbases and select Disconnect Users... - and disconnect all users that are connected to given TB - visible under Status of given TB. Thank you can stop th TB and than remove.

 You will need to stop the termbase first (rigth click on Termbase name):

After The Termbase is stopped, removing is available:

You won't be able to do it if there are users connected to them. So first, as Ladislav points, you have to disconnect users or ask them to remove Termbases from active projects.
