I just purchased Trados for the first time, and it is Studio & MultiTerm 2021. I tried to use a Microsoft Terminology Collection with it, it's not compatible because it's from 2019. Tried some others, everything from 2019 is not compatible. Has anyone else had this problem or solved it?
I have... also MSoft Terminology. I use them for testing. There should be no problem here... just open it and it should work.
What sort of message are you seeing?

Termbases from MultiTerm 2019, 2017, 2015 and 2014, as far as I'm concerned, work perfectly well with SDL MultiTerm Desktop 2021 and SDL Trados Studio 2021.
My Termbase does not work on 2021.
It shows I am using 3 TB, yet nothing appears in the box even when there is a red bar over the source word.
What did I do wrong?
I recently upgraded to 2021.
You should create a new thread for new problems otherwise your question gets lost because this thread is about something else and has been answered already... even if Katerina Rouzina never responded.
But I think it's most likely you have closed the Term Recognition window. Try resetting your window layout. If that isn't the problem please create a new thread and provide screenshots of what you are looking at.
