MultiTerm is unable to create the Termbase. Not a valid file name. Try all methods posted but none worked.

Question

I am still having problem to create termbase. The message "MultiTerm is unable to create the Termbase. Not a valid file name." NO matters what I do. My MultiTerm version is 15.0.6.56482 My Studio version is 2019 SR2 - 15.2.7.2849 I have tried renaming the files (reset) for both Studio and Multiterm, reinstalled MultiTerm, and turn off OneDrive. I have ensured that the file is created on "C:" drive, and the naming contains no Asian characters, but only numbers like "1234". 
 
 But none worked. 
 
 Anyone can help?

 Its always a good idea to post the full error stack trace as this gives us more information.

 Also, please add both Studio and MultiTerm to your AntiVirus 'exceptions list' 
 If the problems persist please let us know the exact Operating System you are using and whether you are working directly on PC or via MAC
