Entry structure missing

Question

I reinstalled the entire Studio related software (MultiTerm and Studio), thinking it might help with the problems I was having with Multiterm. 
 But now even the entry structure is missing. Can someone help? 
 This is perhaps the last draw. Is Trados a bugfest? I'm not an IT guy. I can't go on tinkering with the software or Windows OS. I need a software that works relatively painlessly like Word or Excel.

 Is it possible to see your termbase? If so please send it to pfilkin@sdl.com

I found the solution: Termbase Management pane --> View ribbon --> Information section --> Catalog Categories 
 Have no idea why it was blank in the first place.
