Adding one entry in two termbases in Studio environment

Question

I wonder if I can enter a term in two termbases simultaneously in the Studio environment without having to change the standard termbase. Thanks for any insights, Martina

 I'm afraid not. It's only possible to add terms to the default termbase. Lookup will come from all the termbases added to your project, but there can only be one default. 
 Some users find this is is a useful solution: 
 
 use the term excelerator application from the appstore and create a new empty Termbase (in Excel) for each project https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/termexcelerator/534/ 
 set this excel spreadsheet as your default and only add terms to this 
 when the project is complete you can now convert the Excel to a termbase and provide to your client (if needed); convert to MultiTerm XML and import into all the termbases you need
