Hi Radek. I checked it in my environment (Windows 7, Multiterm 2021, ver. 16.0.1.304). In my case "ę" was working fine but I could not write "ź" until I removed the Export termbase shortcut in Options. Now it works fine both for upper and lower case letters. I also have Multiterm 2019 where this shorcut was not changed but it didn't affected version 2021.

I have removed Ctrl+Alt+X from the shortcuts and that works fine now. Still don't know how to fix e and E. Thanks, anyway.

Running the CCleaner did not help. :-(

Cleaning the registry both with the CCleaner and Avast Cleanup Premium did not help so I assume it is a Multiterm's bug with the Polish keyboard support (might be with a specific Win 10 configuration, although I do not configure Windows in any unusual way - I believe). And running these programs has probably caused another problem with Studio, which I mentioned here.

Yes, indeed. Even after removing these shortcuts the combination CTRL+ALT+E does not work for Polish.

These are the only Ctrl+Alt shortcuts active in my MultiTerm and I have no important Ctrl+Alt shortcuts in the Studio. I can't enter ę / Ę.

There are more CTRL+ALT shortcuts in other categories, see my screenshot.

Nonetheless, even after removing those 2 CTRL+ALT+E shortcuts shown, entering ę / Ę is not possible. I hope SDL will change this soon.

The list in my previous post is sorted by the shortcut so all the "Ctrl+Alt ..." are shown. "F2" is assigned to "edit" (terms).

Create a backup copy of c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SDL\MultiTerm16\Editor\modern\bundle.js – you will need admin rights for this.

Then replace the bundle.js file with the one from the link above. This should enable Ctrl+Alt+E to be used for the Polish letter ę. Perhaps you can share this on the forum as well for anyone interested.

It is fine now both in the MultiTerm (16.1.1.541 with the special js "patch") and when adding a term in the Termbase Window of the Studio (16.1.3.4096 with the js "patch" mentioned above). I will look at this again when the software is updated.
