So you purchased MultiTerm Extract?  There is no such feature in Studio or Multiterm but we do have a separate product if this is what you are referring to?  Do you have MultiTerm Extract in the downloads section of your account?

I'm looking into Term Extraction tools for my organization, and I found this reply you posted a few months ago. I am a bit confused: do you need to purchase MultiTerm Extract separately? I downloaded it from the AppStore for free a couple of days ago, but it seems to be an outdated tool, as it doesn't seem to support .docx, .xlxs or .pptx files. We are using Studio Professional 2021. I'd be grateful if you could clarify this and also let me know what's the best way to go about term extraction in Studio. I've also seen an article you posted about projectTermExtract, which is really interesting (https://multifarious.filkin.com/2017/09/19/and-the-winner-is/). Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide!
