MultiTerm 2017 search does not work

When I open MultiTerm and connect to the termbase, I can see the list with the termini on the left. But when I want to search a word in it (using the search function), nothing happens, MultiTerm does not lauch the search and no result appears.

Does anybody have the same problem ? My colleagues have the same version than me and it works perfectly for them.

    I am sorry to hear you have found this issue but I trust we can get it resolved easily by following either of these two solutions. 

    Application updates

    Firstly, please ensure both SDL Trados Studio and SDL Trados Multiterm are on the latest versions and updates. 
    You should automatically be promoted when you launch each application. If not, you can go to the help tab then "check for updates".

    Database Reorganization

    Failing that, please can you try the following steps:

    1. Open SDL MultiTerm Desktop.
    2. Click Termbase > Open Termbase and find your termbase.
    3. Open the Termbase Management view.
    4. Select Home Reorganize from the menu.  
    5. Select one or more termbases that you want to reorganize by ticking the box.

    There are other avenue's we can explore if this does note resolve your issue
